Yishun Chemical would like to remind overseas buyers that China continues to review export compliance documents for dual-use items and precursor chemicals. For controlled chemical exports, including methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), acetone and toluene, the final document package will depend on the buyer’s transaction role, destination country or region, and authority review requirements.
This notice is intended to help customers prepare documents earlier and avoid shipment delays. Yishun Chemical may request additional supporting materials when required by Chinese export control, customs or precursor chemical regulations.

Channel Protection for Intermediary Traders
Yishun Chemical understands and respects the customer channels and commercial security of intermediary traders.
For intermediary transactions, Yishun Chemical will issue a channel protection commitment letter. Yishun Chemical commits that it will not proactively contact the final end-user customer listed in the reviewed documents and will not bypass the intermediary trader to conduct direct transactions with that final end user.
This commitment is intended to protect the trader’s channel interests and commercial security while supporting the document review required for export compliance.
How to Send the Documents
Please courier signed and stamped documents to Yishun Chemical after our sales team confirms the document list for your order.
After receiving the documents, we will review the file package and submit the export application to the relevant Chinese government authority as soon as possible. License review time may vary depending on product, destination, end-use information and government processing requirements.
Important Compliance Reminder
Please make sure all documents are true, complete and consistent. Any mismatch in company name, product name, destination, quantity, final use or end-user information may delay the export application.
